Inside Solutions is delighted to announce that our services have been extended to include Jobsearch Support / Career Guidance.

We are one of the organisations selected by the Department for Work and Pensions to deliver the Jobsearch Support Service for Newly Unemployed Professionals.  This is FREE to clients referred to us by Jobcentre Plus.

Aims of the Programme

• Produce an Action Plan

How we deliver the programme

We want your Jobsearch to be individual to you.   We believe the most effective way of delivering this is by a combination of directed self-study followed up by a one-to-one meeting that focuses on your personal job search objectives or any area/s that you feel you require further assistance on (such as CV writing/critique, interview practice, online job search techniques etc).  This meeting can either be at our office in London EC4, or possibly at another mutually convenient location.  Arranging a face-to-face meeting isn't mandatory, but we do encourage you to do so.

Please note that Inside Solutions does not arrange interviews for you as part of this programme, but if appropriate to do so will refer you to one of our recruitment consultants as part of your overall job search campaign.

Who delivers the programme

Inside Solutions is an established recruitment agency/business with experience of placing candidates in a range of industry sectors.  Since August 2008, we have extended our services to offer free Career Guidance and Advice.  We did this in reaction to current labour market conditions and in order to provide a better service to our clients facing job loss / redundancy. We have two dedicated Consultants (Mary Edwards and John Lincoln) working in the Jobsearch programme, both of whom have extensive industry experience working in Human Resource Management and Career Management roles.  Both are professionally qualified and members of the Institute of Careers Guidance and Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.  In her career to date, Mary has faced redundancy three times and John twice.

If you are newly unemployed, please ask your local Jobcentre Plus to refer you to our free service.
